CATERING CONTRACT

* A 50% deposit is required for reservation. The balance is due 30 Days prior to the event. 7% West Virginia Sales Tax will be added if applicable.

If the entire balance is not paid if full 30 days prior to the event, you will receive a 100% refund.

If the event is cancelled 15-29 days prior to the event, you will receive a 50% refund.

If the event is cancelled less than 15 days prior to the event, no refunds will be given.

The customer is responsible for quality and presentation of all products upon receipt.

1 oz of sauce will be included with each serving of food. Extra sauce is available for $5.00 per pint

Upon pick-up or delivery, customer is responsible for maintaining food at safe temperatures. Cold food must be kept below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Hot food must be kept above 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Q-Wagon BBQ LLC is not responsible for any food that has not been properly stored.
